## Travel Policy

- Most sessions: travel within 45 miles of Grangeville included; beyond that, $0.67 per mile (both ways) applies.
- Mini sessions: Grangeville-area only; no travel.
- Destination weddings: available anywhere; travel arranged per inquiry.

## Booking & Deposit

- Booking timeline: 6-12 months in advance recommended for weddings; 4-6 weeks for portrait sessions.
- Deposit: 25% retainer due at booking to secure the date; remainder due one week before the session or wedding.
- Backup photographer: maintained network of trusted, qualified photographers for emergency situations.

## Delivery Timeline

- Wedding sneak peek: 10-15 favorite images within 48-72 hours of the wedding.
- Full wedding gallery: delivered within 6-8 weeks.
- Portrait sessions: delivered within 2-3 weeks.
